1. Delete Your Account Now

In the Staezy Android app (com.sevensolutionstech.staezy): go to Account → Delete account, type “DELETE” and confirm.

On this website: use the button below. Either way you will be asked to confirm and, if your account has one, to re-enter your password.

2. Or Request Deletion by Message

If you can't sign in, contact us from the email address or phone number registered to your account and we'll do it for you — typically completed within 7 days:

We may ask a follow-up question to confirm you are the account owner before deleting anything.

3. What Is Deleted, What Is Kept

Erased immediately

• Your name, email address, phone number, password and profile photo
• Verification documents you uploaded — CNIC images, business licenses and claim proof (the actual files are removed from storage)
• Your saved / favourite hostels
• Your hostel ownership claims
• Your AI-chat history
• Your sign-in identities (including Google / Facebook links) and all active sessions

Anonymized

• Reviews you posted remain visible as “Deleted user” so other students' rating information stays accurate

Reverted

• For property owners: your hostel listings become unclaimed — the property stays listed and can be claimed again later

Retained

• Anonymized / aggregated analytics that cannot identify you
• A non-identifying record (hashed identifiers only) as proof of deletion and for fraud prevention
• Any records we are legally required to keep — these are removed within 90 days

4. Signed In with Google or Facebook?

After deleting your account, you can also remove Staezy's access from your social account settings:

• Google: myaccount.google.com → Security → Third-party apps with account access
• Facebook: Settings → Apps and Websites → Staezy → Remove
