5. Bookings and Payments

All bookings, payments, and agreements are made directly between users and property owners. Staezy does not process payments or facilitate transactions. You are responsible for:

• Negotiating terms and conditions with property owners
• Making payment arrangements directly with hosts
• Ensuring you receive proper receipts and documentation
• Resolving any payment disputes directly with property owners

6. Reviews and Ratings

Users may submit reviews and ratings for properties they have stayed at. By submitting a review, you agree that:

• You will not post false, defamatory, or inappropriate content
• Staezy reserves the right to remove reviews that violate our policies
• Reviews may be publicly displayed and associated with your name
