- Day slot — typically morning to evening, something like 8am–6pm or 10am–6pm. Built for birthday parties, BBQs, dholkis and corporate off-sites.
- Night slot — roughly 8pm to 8am the next morning. This is the staycation product: pool after dark, rooms to sleep in, breakfast on the lawn.
- Full 24 hours — both slots combined, priced above either one alone.
The rates in this guide are listed rates on Staezy: every farmhouse starts at Rs 30,000 per day, and real quotes typically run Rs 30,000–90,000 depending on the farmhouse, the purpose (a day picnic, an overnight stay, an event or function), pool use and group size. Day-only slots at the same venue usually come in below the overnight rate; full-24h bookings, weekend dates, Eid holidays and the November–February wedding season push the quote up.
What's usually included in the base rate: the pool, lawn, a few furnished rooms, kitchen access, parking, and a caretaker on site. What's usually not: food (you bring your own or pay for catering), decoration, DJ/sound systems, and sometimes generator fuel during load-shedding hours.
Money mechanics to expect everywhere: an advance payment to lock the date, a refundable security deposit against damage handed over at check-in, and a guest cap — cross it and per-head charges kick in. None of this is scandalous; it's just never written down. Get all three in the booking messages before you pay anything.
