You could walk to National Defence University from British Lodge in about five minutes — the campus is barely 460 metres up the road, which is as close as it gets for anyone with business there. The lodge occupies Street 56 in F-7/4, an upscale and central Islamabad sector, with the Islamabad Model College for Girls, Jamia Ahlilbait and a First Women Bank branch all within easy walking distance. Rates are notably flexible here, starting from PKR 8,000 and reaching PKR 17,500 per night depending on the room, which gives guests some room to match the stay to their budget.
