You could hardly ask to be closer to campus than this: COMSATS Abbottabad is a two-minute stroll at 0.18 km, with Ayub Medical about ten minutes on foot. Centennial Boys Hostel sits right by the university's main gate in Al Mansoor Town, and its rooms span a useful range. A private single runs PKR 10,000 per month, while two-sharing rooms come in at PKR 7,000 or as low as PKR 6,500, giving budget-minded students real choice. The building leans on comfort and security in equal measure. Rooms have attached bathrooms with showers, an iron and board is on hand for when you need to look presentable, and filtered drinking water is always available. A proper study area gives residents a place to knuckle down before exams, while CCTV coverage adds peace of mind for parents sending sons away from home.
