F-8/3 is one of the calmer, greener sectors to live in as a student, and Comfort Residency sits right off main Kohistan Road with Bahria Islamabad under a kilometre away — an eleven-minute walk. What sets this place apart is how well-stocked it is for daily living: UPS power backup rides out the load-shedding, filtered drinking water is on tap, and there's a refrigerator plus a proper mess and dining hall so meals and cold storage are both handled. Each resident gets a furnished bed with a mattress and a study table, and Wi-Fi covers the building. NDU is a further 2.5 kilometres out and FAST Islamabad closer to four, both reachable if you're enrolled there. Day to day, a Chinese restaurant, School Nova and an MCB ATM all fall within a short walk. Rent ranges from PKR 45,000 to PKR 61,250 per month.
