Out towards Pajagi, on the quieter edge of Peshawar, Daag Kali offers a nightly stay for travellers who don't mind being a little removed from the centre, with rooms from PKR 8,000 to PKR 10,500 a day. Despite the out-of-town setting, the property comes well equipped: attached bathrooms give you privacy, geysers keep hot water available, and filtered drinking water means one less thing to worry about. There's a TV lounge to relax in, a backup generator to ride out any power cuts, and beds and mattresses provided so you can settle in straight away. Wi-Fi is available for guests. Being on the outskirts, the nearby landmarks sit a bit further afield, with Peshawar Model Girls High School in Irshadabad around 2.87 km off and Jinnah Medical College roughly 3.44 km away. Campuses are a proper drive too, with Abasyn University near 7.28 km and ICP about 8.6 km. If you're after somewhere calmer, away from the city's density, and happy to travel in when you need to, Daag Kali makes for a peaceful and self-contained overnight base.
