Family Guest house sits in a settled corner of E-11/4, and as the name suggests it leans toward guests who want somewhere calm and homely rather than a hotel-style stay. Being co-ed, it welcomes a mix of visitors, and the setup stays deliberately simple: beds are provided and there's an iron and board when clothes need freshening up. The neighbourhood does a lot of the work here. Al Fawz Academy is barely 200 metres away, Dubai Cash and Carry is a quick errand at under 300 metres, and Colorado Kitchen is close enough for a change from home cooking, with the Asian Broadcasting offices also nearby. For anyone connected to the universities, VU Islamabad is just under four kilometres out, Muslim Youth University around four and a half, and Bahria Islamabad roughly the same. Nightly rates fall in a narrow band between PKR 9,169 and PKR 10,057, so there are few surprises on price. It's an unpretentious, family-oriented place to stay in one of Islamabad's quieter residential sectors, well suited to those who value a low-key atmosphere and a location that keeps daily needs within easy reach.
