That makes it a genuine steal for anyone studying at ITU, with Minhaj University about 3 km away and LCWU a longer 4.8 km for those who need it. Residents get beds and mattresses, a wardrobe each, and geysers for hot water, plus a study area for coursework, all backed by Wi-Fi.
