Phase 1 of Johar Town has become a natural base for students, and this Block E hostel sits right in the thick of it, a short walk off Bhalla Road. Monthly rent runs from PKR 35,000 to PKR 43,750, putting a bed within reach of boys studying at Minhaj University or Bahria Lahore, both roughly a twenty-minute walk away, with UoE Lahore around thirty minutes out. The essentials are handled without fuss: beds and mattresses come ready, geysers keep the hot water running through Lahore's cold spells, and filtered drinking water means one less errand. Wi-Fi covers the study hours, and UPS power backup keeps things steady when the grid stutters. What often seals it for residents, though, is the setting. Shazia Zahid Medical Centre is barely a couple of minutes away, and the surrounding blocks are lined with familiar names such as LACAS ALJT and Lahore Grammar School Johar Town, with MCB Islamic Bank close enough to reach on foot.
