Rehmat Memorial Hospital, a BankIslami branch and a local pharmacy all sit within a couple of hundred metres, so daily needs and errands are handily close. Do factor in the commute, though — COMSATS Abbottabad is about three and a half kilometres off and Ayub Medical a touch further, so this suits students who prefer a quieter address and are happy to travel to campus. Inside, the rooms are properly kitted out: beds and mattresses provided, a wardrobe and study table in each so you can store and study comfortably, and an iron and board for keeping clothes in shape. Meals are handled by the in-house mess and dining hall, and Wi-Fi runs throughout for coursework and staying connected. Monthly rent falls between PKR 7,000 and PKR 11,000 depending on the room.
