Perched at the Khanna Pul crossing on Lehtrar Road, this guest house is about as convenient as it gets for the eastern edge of the twin cities. Alam Hospital is under two hundred metres away, and an HBL branch, a Leopards Courier point and the Quetta SK Hotel are all within a stone's throw, so errands are quick. The nightly rate of PKR 7,500 to PKR 11,000 keeps it affordable. VU Rawalpindi and COMSATS Islamabad both sit close, around four kilometres out, making it a workable stop for visitors to either campus, while FJWU is further at nearly seven. Rooms come with attached bathrooms, geysers for hot water, and beds and mattresses already provided. There is parking for those driving in, a laundry service for longer stays, and Wi-Fi throughout. It leans towards the functional, a no-nonsense place to rest between appointments rather than a destination in itself, but for guests who want proximity to the Khanna area's shops, transport and the nearby universities, the location and honest per-day pricing hold up well.
