Being three minutes from COMSATS Abbottabad is the headline at Ismail and Sons, and it shows in how the place is set up for students who want to be at lectures without fuss. The hostel sits in Al Mansoor Town, Mandian, near the Triple One Hotel, with Ayub Medical a further nine-minute walk if you're on that side of things. Rooms are furnished with beds and mattresses, and crucially each comes with study tables, so you're not working off your lap when deadlines pile up; there's also a shared study area if you prefer to change scenery. Attached bathrooms mean no queuing on cold mornings, and geysers keep the hot water coming through Abbottabad's chilly months, a detail that matters more than you'd think between November and February. Wi-Fi keeps coursework moving. Rent runs from PKR 7,500 to PKR 10,000 a month depending on the room.
