Karachi Beach Villa is a seaside escape on Hawksbay Road, the sort of address you book when the plan is a weekend away from the city rather than a night near the office. The villa keeps things simple and cool: air conditioning through the rooms, a TV lounge to gather in of an evening, and beds with mattresses provided so a group can arrive and unpack straight away. Wi-Fi is available if anyone needs to stay in touch. A night costs somewhere between PKR 8,000 and PKR 15,500, which leaves flexibility depending on how many are travelling and how much space you want. The setting is deliberately removed from the traffic, Jamia Masjid Javed Umer sits about 360 metres away, and the universities are a good distance off, with Ziauddin University roughly 16.53 km back toward the city. That distance is the point here.
