Right beside WePlay and HBK Arena in Achini Payan, this hostel gives students a spot where the nearest landmarks are about 200 metres away and the university district is a walkable morning commute. UoP is around 2.45 kilometres, roughly a 29-minute walk; ICP follows at 2.79 kilometres; and KMU sits about 3.33 kilometres out, some forty minutes on foot. Inside, the setup leans toward getting work done: study tables in the rooms, a separate study area for longer sessions, and attached bathrooms so residents are not sharing down the corridor. Beds and mattresses come as standard, Wi-Fi is in place, and filtered drinking water is on tap.
