Seven minutes on foot from LUMS — that's the standout figure here, and for families visiting students at the university it changes everything about how a trip is planned. Tucked into the Punjab Small Industries housing society in DHA Phase 2, this guesthouse is close enough that you can walk over for a visit and back without arranging transport. Rooms go for between PKR 7,000 and PKR 12,500 per day, keeping things affordable for the parents and relatives it's clearly built to host. The essentials are covered without fuss: beds and mattresses provided, geysers so hot water is dependable, and Wi-Fi throughout. An on-site laundry service earns its keep on multi-day stays, and there's parking if you've driven in. The society itself is quiet and green — Society Park is barely 90 metres away for a morning walk — and there's a Grill nearby when you'd rather not cook. Punjab University and ITU are further afield, better suited to those with a car, but for anyone whose reason to be in Lahore starts and ends at LUMS, it's hard to beat being this close for this little.
