As the name suggests, this branch of Millennium is built around COMSATS Abbottabad, and the numbers back it up: the campus is a three-minute walk away, close enough that you can head back between classes if you've forgotten something. It sits on Street 1 in Al Mansoor Town, with Ayub Medical about ten minutes further on foot for anyone crossing over. Rooms come furnished with beds and mattresses, and study tables are provided so there's a proper surface for coursework, backed by a shared study area when you want a change of scene. UPS power backup keeps things running when the electricity cuts out, which around exam time can be the difference between finishing an assignment and losing it. Wi-Fi covers online classes and research. Rent is on the accessible side, from PKR 6,500 to PKR 11,000 a month, giving a range of options depending on the room. With the COMSATS campus, its library, a nearby mosque and a couple of cafes all within easy reach, residents get a compact, walkable student world where almost everything that matters day to day is minutes from the front door.
