Opposite Dolmen Estate in Bangalore Town, this hostel keeps things refreshingly simple and affordable. The room comes with a bed, mattress, a wardrobe for your belongings and a study table to work at, plus Wi-Fi, no long list of extras, just the things a student actually uses day to day. Rent for co-ed residents runs from 25,000 to 45,000 PKR per month, which leaves it accessible for a range of budgets. Preston Karachi is the closest campus, only about a three-minute walk away, so students there can practically stumble to class; MAJU is under a kilometre and a half off, and Iqra University a further stretch for those commuting. The neighbourhood is easy to live in: Jamia Masjid Maqbool is right beside the property, the Baloch Colony bus stop is a short walk for getting around the city, and small conveniences like Qutbi General Store and Aunty Ka Restaurant sit close by for groceries and a quick meal.
