It's also unusually well placed for the universities, with both Ayub Medical and COMSATS Abbottabad just over a kilometre away (around 1.11 and 1.12 km, each roughly a 13-minute walk), so it doubles nicely for exam trips and campus visits. Nightly rates run PKR 10,000 to PKR 12,000. Rooms arrive furnished with beds and mattresses and come with attached bathrooms, while CCTV security and on-site parking make it practical for those driving in. Wi-Fi is available throughout.
