This Askari V property earns its keep on location alone: ITU sits a mere 450 metres away, a five-minute walk, making it about as close to that campus as any stay in this batch gets. Beyond ITU, Minhaj University is 3.36 km off, roughly 40 minutes on foot, with LCWU further out at 5.38 km. The surrounding blocks hold a few useful stops — the Central Institute Of Management and Science and the IOM Health Assessment Centre both around 450 metres, Dawn Model School at half a kilometre, and Next Step College a touch beyond.
