Closest of this lot to Punjab University — just 5.15 km — Raya Canal Farm Houses sits on Barki Road in Aziz Bhatti Town, with LUMS a further 9.27 km and ITU out at 16.18 km. Rates start at PKR 30,000 per day, and the fittings match that: air conditioning for the hot stretch of the year, geysers for hot water, a gas connection for the kitchen, and Wi-Fi throughout. An on-site cook takes care of the meals, and beds with mattresses are already provided, so a group arrives to a place that's ready to enjoy rather than set up. The surroundings are the usual farmhouse quiet, with Jamia Masjid Sadeeqia the nearest marker at 2.85 km, a park a little under four kilometres out, and The Millennium Universal College around 4.9 km away. It's a comfortable, well-appointed spot for a family gathering, a small event or a full day's escape — close enough to the university belt that reaching it never eats into the day.
