The setting is convenient in a very practical way: Saima Square One Mall is a short walk for shopping and food, Gul Mohar Park is nearby for a breather, and there is even a traffic police post close at hand for peace of mind. Rooms come with attached bathrooms and geysers, so hot water and privacy are sorted, and beds and mattresses are provided as standard. Wi-Fi runs across the property and parking is on site for anyone driving in. Rates fall between PKR 13,000 and PKR 17,000 per day. The location leans toward guests with business or family on the eastern side of the city, and it is reasonably placed for a few of the campuses out this way — SSUET is about a thirty-one-minute walk, FUUAST roughly the same, and IBT Karachi a little further at forty minutes. It is a solid, unpretentious choice for a short stay in a part of Karachi that keeps you close to a mall, a park and the daily rhythm of the neighbourhood.
