Five minutes on foot from Ziauddin University, SA Student Residency in Block 2 of Clifton is built for people who want their campus close and their day uncomplicated. That proximity, with SZABIST Karachi and Indus University also within a few kilometres, makes it especially handy for medical and health-sciences students on tight rotation schedules. The residency runs its own mess and dining hall, so meals are sorted without a hunt through the neighbourhood, though Clifton Public Park is right there for a walk and the Clifton post office is a couple of minutes on if you've errands. Rooms come with beds and mattresses, geysers deliver hot water, and a shared refrigerator handles whatever you keep on hand. UPS backup covers the outages and Wi-Fi runs throughout. Pricing is on the gentler side for the area, PKR 17,500 to PKR 31,250 per month depending on your room. If catered meals and a walkable campus rank high on your list, and you'd rather not stretch the budget, this Clifton address makes a strong, sensible case.
