Sun House F-6 practically shares a wall with the FM Dental Clinic, just twenty metres from the entrance, and that pin-sharp F-6/1 location is much of its appeal. The University of Lahore's Islamabad campus is about a kilometre away, a twelve-minute walk, with the National Defence University a touch closer at 1.4 kilometres, so it's handy for anyone visiting a student in the area. Rooms here come with their own attached bathrooms, which not every guest house in the sector can claim, and each is furnished with a bed and mattress, geysers for hot water, and a UPS backup to keep essentials running through any load-shedding. Wi-Fi covers the property and there's parking for guests arriving by car. For food and errands, the Bangali samosa stall is a couple of minutes' walk, and a Muslim Commercial Bank branch and a Watsons are within half a kilometre. Nightly rates run from PKR 9,500 to PKR 16,500, a reasonable spread for a private-bathroom room in one of Islamabad's most central and walkable sectors.
