For NUST students, it is hard to get closer than this. Sunshine Hostel sits on Zubair Shah Road in H-13, half a kilometre from campus and roughly a six-minute walk from the NUST gate, which is close enough that you can leave for a lecture with minutes to spare. The metro station on the Kashmir Highway keeps the rest of the city within easy reach too. Rent spans PKR 40,000 to PKR 70,000 per month, a range that reflects the difference between sharing and taking more room. Beds and mattresses come provided, geysers handle hot water through the Islamabad winter, and UPS power backup keeps things steady when the grid falters. CCTV security watches the premises and Wi-Fi covers the study load. Riphah Rawalpindi and NUTECH are both around 3 km out for anyone commuting elsewhere.
