Talha Hostel occupies a spot near Arbab Road Stop on University Road in Tehkal, with the Ahmad Medical Institute right beside it and Pakistan Post a couple of hundred metres down the way. Students heading to Islamia College face about a 2.6 km trip, the University of Peshawar sits roughly 3 km on, and Sarhad University is the outlier at close to 5 km. Room rates span PKR 18,750 to PKR 32,500 per month, giving a decent spread for different budgets.
