Committee Chowk is one of Rawalpindi's busiest crossroads, and The Queen Hotel plants you right in the thick of it, with the Mall of Pindi barely a hundred metres off, a Bank of Punjab branch next door and Usmania Restaurant close enough for dinner without a rickshaw. Rooms cost PKR 19,000 to 26,000 per day. This is a well-equipped property: air conditioning throughout, a TV lounge for winding down, showers and a water cooler, CCTV security keeping watch, and Wi-Fi covering the building, with beds and mattresses already in place. For students and visiting families, FJWU lies 2.86 km away, VU Rawalpindi about 3.07 km, and NUML Rawalpindi under four kilometres, while Govt College for Women Dhok Ilahi Bakhsh is just around the corner. The trade-off is obvious and, for many, welcome: you are never more than a few steps from shopping, banks, food and transport.
