That proximity is the headline, and the rest is built to match: furnished rooms with beds, mattresses and wardrobes, geysers for hot water, and Wi-Fi across the building for lectures and assignments. Usefully for boys with a motorbike or the odd family visitor, there is parking on site as well. Monthly rent ranges from PKR 33,750 to PKR 46,250, which for a spot this close to a major campus is reasonable enough.
