The neighbourhood does a lot of the work here: D.A. Public School sits practically next door, Food Paradise is a two-minute stroll for a late dinner, and Siddique Akbar Masjid and a well-stocked medical store are both within a few hundred metres. Students and parents visiting nearby campuses will find the location handy, with Greenwich University an eighteen-minute walk away and Indus and SZABIST both around half an hour on foot. Rooms come with attached bathrooms, so there is no sharing down the hall, and geysers mean hot water when you need it in the mornings. Beds and mattresses are provided, filtered drinking water is on hand, and Wi-Fi covers the property for anyone who needs to keep working through their stay. Nightly rates fall between PKR 6,000 and PKR 10,000 depending on the room, which is fair value for a Defence address this close to the seafront side of town.
