Committee Chowk sits at the heart of this one — the station is barely 100 metres away, which for anyone relying on public transport around Rawalpindi is a real daily advantage. HBL Bank and a couple of local eateries, including Sain Gee's murgh pulao and fish spot, are all within a stone's throw. For students, VU Rawalpindi and FJWU are both roughly three km out (around a 35-minute walk), with NUML Rawalpindi a touch further at 3.97 km, making this a workable base for a spread of campuses rather than one in particular. The rooms come with beds and mattresses ready to use, filtered drinking water saves the bottled-water expense, and study tables give each resident a proper spot to work through assignments. Wi-Fi covers the online side of student life. Rent sits at the higher end of the market, between PKR 33,750 and PKR 48,750 a month depending on the room, which reflects the central Waris Khan location as much as anything.
