Phase 5 of Hayatabad is where you'll find Youth Hostel, a co-ed option sitting among some of the area's more recognisable landmarks. Allied Bank is metres from the entrance, Peshawar General Hospital and ICMS are a couple of hundred metres on, and the FIA Headquarters is close by too, so the surroundings feel established and easy to navigate. The main campuses sit at a modest commute — the University of Peshawar around 3.1 km, KMU roughly 3.6 km, and ICP about the same — comfortable enough by rickshaw or a longer walk. Inside, residents get beds, mattresses and study tables ready to use, geysers for hot water during the colder stretch of the year, and filtered drinking water on tap so there's no daily bottle run.
