Set among the residential streets of G-11/1, Canadian Guest House offers a calm nightly base a little away from the busier commercial sectors, with rooms going for PKR 10,500 to PKR 14,500 per day. Air conditioning and geysers mean the rooms stay comfortable whatever the season, laundry is taken care of on site, and filtered drinking water plus provided beds and mattresses round out the basics. Wi-Fi is available throughout. The neighbourhood keeps things convenient, with Awami Hotel and Restaurant just 100 metres away for a meal, Islamabad Model School and College for Girls G-11/1 nearby, and Ali Hajveri Mosque within easy reach. There's a police station at Ramna about half a kilometre off too. Guests in town for academic reasons have NUST about 2.23 km away, roughly a 27-minute walk, with VU Islamabad and Muslim Youth University a bit further at 2.68 and 3.17 km. Because it's co-ed, it accommodates a range of travellers, from students' visiting families to professionals passing through. For an unpretentious, well-connected stay in G-11, it does the job nicely.
