Just off the H-8/1 blocks along the MPCHS side, this boys' hostel puts Preston Islamabad barely three minutes' walk away, which is why so many of its residents are Preston students who wander home between lectures. FAST Islamabad sits a little further out at roughly 2.4 km, and Muslim Youth University at about 3.5 km, so a rickshaw covers those easily. Rooms come furnished with beds and mattresses already in place, and there is a dedicated study area for the evenings before exams. Wi-Fi runs throughout, filtered drinking water is on tap, and a UPS keeps the lights and routers alive when load-shedding hits, no small thing during Islamabad's longer outages. Parking is available for anyone bringing a bike or car. Being minutes from Shifa International Hospital and a National Bank branch means medical care and everyday errands are sorted without leaving the sector. Monthly rent runs from PKR 36,250 up to PKR 52,500 depending on the room you settle into.
