For sheer convenience to FAST Islamabad, Orion Lodge Guest House takes some beating — the campus is a three-minute walk from its door on Street No. 35 in G-9/1. That alone makes it a strong pick for students, exam candidates and visiting families. The stay is unusually well equipped for the price band of PKR 8,568 to PKR 10,107 per day: an on-site cook handles meals, geysers deliver hot water, showers and a laundry service keep things fresh, and beds are provided. The surrounding streets cover the essentials, with Jamia Tul Murtaza and the Afghani Kabab House both within a couple of hundred metres, the FAST-NU headquarters a stone's throw away, and Bilal Travels' bus service close by for onward journeys. A little further out, Muslim Youth University and VU Islamabad are both under two kilometres.
