A refrigerator in the room and a laundry service on the premises give Royal Rose Guest House a slightly more residential, settle-in feel than most short stays in G-9/1, useful if you're in town for more than a night or two. The property is well placed for the education crowd: FAST's Islamabad campus is just 700 metres away, an eight-minute walk, with Muslim Youth University and Virtual University both within a couple of kilometres. Around it you'll find the Karimabad Jamat Khana, a Bilal Travels bus service point for onward journeys, the Foody Moody eatery for a casual bite, and the CDA Public Park a short walk off if you fancy some green space in the evening. Rooms come furnished with beds and mattresses, geysers supply hot water, and filtered drinking water is provided so you're not buying bottles.
