The hostel sits on Service Road North in I-11/2, positioned for the northern-campus crowd: NUTECH is under two kilometres, roughly a twenty-minute walk, with NUST and Muslim Youth University reachable for those studying a little further out. CCTV security watches the premises, geysers supply hot water through the winter, and there's a study area set aside for the quieter, heads-down hours. Useful landmarks aren't far, with NESCOM Hospital, TMUC, and the National Police Academy all in the surrounding stretch of I-11. Rent runs from PKR 36,250 to PKR 46,250 per month, a fairly tight band that keeps things predictable whichever room you settle on.
