Islamabad's farmhouses didn't grow up in one neighbourhood — they follow the green edges of the master plan. The classic belts are Bani Gala and the Korang riverside, the orchard schemes around Chak Shahzad and Park Road, and the Simly Dam Road stretch out past Bhara Kahu, where plots get bigger and the Margalla views get better. Closer to the city grid, a handful of properties operate from developed sectors — Qazi Farm House and Alvi FarmHouse Islamabad both sit in I-9, which sounds industrial but means you're ten minutes from most of urban Islamabad instead of forty. Bangash Farmhouse works the same trick from G-13, right off the Kashmir Highway corridor.
On the Bani Gala side, Luxury Villa in Banigala Farmhouse is the reference point for that lake-adjacent belt at PKR 16,500–20,500 per day. Rawalpindi's supply spreads along Adiala Road and the Chakri Road interchange side, where land is cheaper and lawns are bigger for the money. If you're searching "farmhouse near Islamabad" from Pindi — or the other way round — treat the two cities as one market: most properties are within 30–45 minutes of both Saddar and Blue Area, and hosts quote the same rates to guests from either side.
